IT'S OVER!!
YAY!!!!! We are done!! Now I know that everyone is probably binging out and eating everything in sight but be careful because the weight will just creep back up on you!!! So here is what I do to maintain, I weigh myself every couple of days to make sure that I am within one or two pounds either way of my ending weight and then if I am up I eat better for a couple days to make sure I get back down! After you maintain your weight for a couple of weeks then your body thinks that is your new weight! So Keep it up! I was so excited to see how everyone did! Way to go! Together we lost 149.1 lbs. I thought that was pretty cool!
So the winners are;

Monica at 9.52%
Susan at 9.13%

It was so close between 1st and 2nd!! It really made you work harder, so in the end you really won because you lost so much weight!! It's such a great feeling and a sense of accomplishment!
Thanks for everyone participating, I hope you all enjoyed losing weight and had more motivation because of this! I am sure we will do it again sometime in the future so I'll keep you posted! Also some of the ladies want to keep using the spreadsheet and try to lose some more weight and keep going. So feel free if you want to do it too!

Last Week!
Well it's official, we are going to weigh in on Friday Morning!!! Yay the last week!!!! Aren't we all so excited?? So let's just all meet at my house at 8:00am and bring your scale. I know that some people weigh themselves in their underwear, (such as me) so you might want to bring as little clothes as possible like shorts and a sports bra and we can sneak in the bathroom if you would be comfortable! It will be just like last time. I just want to make sure no one is cheating especially since there are a lot of people around the same percentage!! Way to go everyone!! I have been impressed with how much everyone has lost!! I am sure glad this was a motivator! We might do this again!

3 more weeks
How is everyone doing?? We are getting down to the last few weeks!! Can you believe it? As you can see we have had a few dropout, the ones in red are no longer participating! Darn it!! But we only have three more weeks left! Wahoo!!! Someone asked me a question today and I thought I would share it to see if anyone would mind. The weekend that we are doing are final weigh in is the weekend that all the school districts are starting their Spring Break so she was not going to be here for the weigh in and asked what would be fair. So here is where we need to come up with something... I was thinking about doing our final weigh in on that Friday the 23rd. I know this might be a problem for the people who work, or the other option is that we end it the week before which would be the 18th. Any other options? So let me know your thoughts?

Update!
Hello again!! So We have had a few questions come up.... One is, " do I have to pay $10 bucks if I only gain .2 or .3 when it is under a half of a pound?" The answer is... NO. You only have to pay $5 if you are within a half pound of your previous weight. If you are .5 or higher then you get to pay $10. The other Question is, " Do I get a freebie and get to skip a week to put my weight in or is it just to get a freebie on putting my weight in the chart late?" Well We all need to put our weight in every week or it just wouldn't be fair to anyone! So the answer is that we get one freebie on putting our weight in late! This means you need to have your weight in by Monday night and if you by chance forget then we will excuse one time late but we don't want it to become a habit!! For me I can't wait to put my weight in and check out how everyone else did.
Also if you owe money make sure you get it to me ASAP so that we don't have to worry about it in the end!!

WOW!!!
So how is everyone doing??? It looks like everyone is doing really well!! I have been really impressed with the numbers!! It is so fun to see all of us lose weight! Well we made it through the 2nd week!! Only 8 more left!! I was thinking of some words of wisdom but I don't know that I have any that you don't already know. So One thing I was thinking that might help everyone is; losing weight comes from 70% dieting and 30% exercising!! Hope you all can change your diet to a lifetime change instead of just a timely diet so that we can keep this weight off!!!!
