YAY!!!!! We are done!! Now I know that everyone is probably binging out and eating everything in sight but be careful because the weight will just creep back up on you!!! So here is what I do to maintain, I weigh myself every couple of days to make sure that I am within one or two pounds either way of my ending weight and then if I am up I eat better for a couple days to make sure I get back down! After you maintain your weight for a couple of weeks then your body thinks that is your new weight! So Keep it up! I was so excited to see how everyone did! Way to go! Together we lost 149.1 lbs. I thought that was pretty cool!

It was so close between 1st and 2nd!! It really made you work harder, so in the end you really won because you lost so much weight!! It's such a great feeling and a sense of accomplishment!
Thanks for everyone participating, I hope you all enjoyed losing weight and had more motivation because of this! I am sure we will do it again sometime in the future so I'll keep you posted! Also some of the ladies want to keep using the spreadsheet and try to lose some more weight and keep going. So feel free if you want to do it too!
